Maxon RE30 servo motor
DasGip supplied many DASbox (ID76) and BIOblock (ID110) systems over the years. Some older BIOblock are able to run direct drive RE30D Maxon DC servo motors on glass/steel Stirred-Tank-Reactors with mechanical direct coupled 1:1 RPM transfer.
The latest bioBLU 0.3 Single-Use-Bioreactor (OD76 mm SUB) operate with magnetic Head-Plate-Drive (HPD) designed for the RE30M servo motor.
The OD82 mm 500 ml batch SUB is available from CerCell A/S. And even as a Perfusion-SUB (P-SUB) from PerfuseCell A/S. A copy Heating-Support-Foot (HSF) of ID82 x OD110 mm is available as well. The copy RE30M motor is now available with the top in black to differentiate.

The original green top RE30D with cabling not more available. A set of copy RE30D servo motors manufactured by Cronus-PCS with block top. Two Heating-Support-Foot – the white top-ring is ID82 mm and the light blue is ID76 mm – both OD110 mm for BIOblock.
Examples of 500 ml batch SUB and Perfusion-SUB fits into ID82 x OD110 cup for the BIOblock both with direct drive by the copy RE30D servo motor. An old original RE30D motor on top of the OD76 mm DasGip STR.
