Themis family is designed for agitation of STR (Stirred-Tank-Reactor's) or SUB (Single-Use-Bioreactor's) or SUF (Single-Use-Fermenter's) or SUM (Single-Use-Mixer's) or P-SUBs (Perfusion-SUBs). Cadmus, Cilix-B is designed for connection with the Eos family of external power supplies (Zephyros is both CE certified and UL listed).

Cilix-B2 Motor-Driver-System accept:
- RE30M Maxon BLDC for the 0.3 liter bioBLU with magnetic coupling
- RE30D Maxon BLDC with mechanical coupling for the DasGip 0.3 liter STR and CellVessel 500 ml
Cilix-B2 Motor-Driver-System as standard designed for 24 VDC supply and BLDC motor voltage delivering up to 6 amp deciding max power delivered close to 150 watt. Special version available with 48 VDC supply and thus max delivered power ranging 200 watt. Such extended BLDC motor equipped with a 4:1 gearbox are able to drive a 30 liter SUF with up to 1,200 RPM with triple turbines though depending on diameter.
